sakson profileDebbie began her career in real estate here in Indy in 1997 with Century 21 and remained with the company until 2013 at which time she began preparing to start her own real estate company, Indypendent Realty Group.
She decided to combine her vast real estate experience and compassion for seniors to become a SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). Debbie completed the senior’s course offered through the NAR (National Association of Realtors ) and received her certification In 2014. She continued her education with the Senior Real Estate Institute and earned the CSHP (Certified Senior Housing Professional) designation.
“I had created a business by design…not by default. This, was the best career decision I ever made. It is so incredibly fulfilling to be able to love what you’re doing, who you’re doing it with and know that you’ve truly made a difference in someone’s life.” Debbie says.
She dedicated her company, Indypendent Realty Group, and the work she does within the senior community in memory of her Mother for whom she was a caregiver for her last 2 years. Debbies’ Father, 89, continues to live with them.
Debbie sees her work as a Senior Housing Professional and time spent volunteering for various Senior organizations, as doing the most good for a deserving and historically under-served population. By consistently keeping her clientele, and their needs, the main focus throughout the transitioning process, She is able act as the leader, guide and source of strength through the stressful downsizing process, hence our tag line: “Simplifying Your Life Should Leave You Overjoyed…Not Overwhelmed!”
What Debbie brings to the table is not only an “insider’s empathy” for clients and their families, but also a high level of enthusiasm for making the transition as smooth as possible.
When dealing with sales and service for seniors in Indianapolis it takes a special touch and a desire to help. Debbie is the best resource for seniors in Indianapolis.
